Technology is so advanced these days that we should be able to update user id's or NOT MAX OUT ON EMPLOYEES. Please update your system for when employers reach their max of employee id's and then we have to use inactive ones. We should be able to edit the USER ID (NOT JUST THE NAME AND INFO). case#00634309

This should be an easy edit in the Practice Resource Setup menu. Select who you want to edit and hit edit. We can then change the USER ID from a default one into a custom one. This makes it easier to read the schedule. If you feel it could be used to change out actual employees then add a pop up warning to use the replace feature when creating a new user instead in that situation. "Use this only to edit the user name for the same team member, if replacing a team member use the blah blah blah feature"
