Current system only allows for reminders to be sent day prior, but AT TIME OF appointment. This is not feasible, as we cannot wait until all reminders go out -especially for the afternoon, as we have to have time to fill any cancellations. These need to go out at beginning of day prior in order to make the system effective and beneficial for our practice.
