Dentrix should be able to calculate ortho max on same family file

Your system is incapable of adding and tracking 2 maxiums????? Yet why is there an option for Medical billing when your system cant even hold an ortho max??? When using m-consent it creates a PROBLEM . we have to create a whole new account. This is unacceptable . by this era you h=guys should be able to have your developers fix this problem....

NEXT Problem ..... INSURANCE ID# CAN NOT DIFFER FROM SUBSCRIBER ???? WHY NOT ? WHEN THERE IS A FAMILY THE ID# IS UNIQUE TO EACH PATIENT .WHY HAVENT YOU GUYS FIXED THIS.
