Not all Federal or Provincial fee guides cover all codes, requiring manual entry of fee (default is $0 if not covered by the specific fee guide) and then need to check "do not bill to insurance" in Ledger as well. Can this check box be made to apply to specific fee guides in Procedure Code Setup, not only to the procedure code itself across all fee guides?

I would love to be able to set up a specific Dental Policy so that all/certain codes are X-Do not bill to insurance. Ex: Our IN-HOUSE dental policy.
