The Claim Aging Report needs to include the subscriber's DOB and the status of the claim (as in whether it was simply created, batched, or actually printed), the and the family balance. We recently had a large number of claims that were batched but because of a system issue many batched claims were deleted out of the Office Manager Batch Processor. Obviously this is a major issue and one only solved by printing out an aging report and manually going thru every single claim and checking it's status in the ledger. It's a 15 page report. There should be better options for viewing this report.
