We recently updated from 11.4 to 12.2. We can not scan using TWAIN driver anymore! The printer does not show up! Support gave us a work around since this option was removed. The work around involves numerous extra clicks and using an outside program to utilize. This is horribly inefficient and slows us down majorly. We scan hundred + Documents a day between 4 computers. Please add TWAIN driver support within Easy Dent, you can still keep the new import method for alternatives!!
