Audit trail should include ALL entries in ALL modules. This means intial entries and changed entries. Dentrix can not after hours of support explain an intial entry for a deceased patient. As a result our practice has an angry widow who received a bill two years after her husband's death for an exam ledger entry completed a few weeks ago. After TWENTY-FIVE years of using Dentrix I have never had the experience as I did today. Now hoping this does not turn into a legal battle, now that I know Dentrix will not support me or are they capable.
