I can't take advantage of the functions of Smart Image. XDR gave your team their part of this integration many months ago. Come on! Get to it and take care of your customers. The alternatives working my XDR images with claims are clonky. Integration with XDR via Smart Image would improve my life. On your website, you've advertised for many months that XDR would be integrating.

Don't forget the history on this...Dentrix used to have had product called DxImage that WAS integrated with Dentrix. This is what I purchased back in 2004. Then this was spun off to Dexis who orphaned and killed DxImage, giving the Dentrix customer the option of purchasing their Dexis product. In the interest of righting a corporate wrong to to a customer, please make this a priority.

Please, take some action on this. The last I heard from DAVE back in 10/20/20 was that this was under development. And that was 9 months after XDR let me know they had forwarded their portion of the integration to Dentrix.
