There is an unscheduled treatment report, but a report is needed to show patients that need treatment and have absolutely no treatment scheduled. And I mean treatment not hygiene recall. Our dentist wanted to know who needed work done and was not scheduled for treatment. The unscheduled treatment report picks up ALL outstanding treatment even if he is for the post and core and needs filling to be done after the crown insert. We want a report that does not include hygiene and does not include patients that are on our schedule!!!

YES! It is frustrating trying to pull true, unscheduled treatment from Dentrix either via the Unscheduled Treatment report OR the treatment manager. The Unscheduled Treatment report doesn't isolate out inactive patients which is frustrating and I would love to isolate out patients that do not have any appointment scheduled at all, including hygiene.
