For Example: We treatment plan each recall visit 6m prior to recall visit - I had a patient come to the recall visit with an issue with a tooth and we added an additional procedures D0230 to that visit. Once the visit completed, two claims were completed and the one claim with D0230, was separated and not considered due to not being "attached" with procedure D0220. Therefore we have been trying to get claim to reprocess correctly since June.
Is this already available and is there a way to complete the visit (for example: Using the "Check Mark" on the schedule. in order to ensure that only one claim is batched for all procedures for that date of service?
