Some patients have different MAX for IN network providers vs Out of Network providers. It would help if the Max/Ded table can assign Providers to a different MAX so the treatment planner can give the correct MAX amount for an estimate of treatment.
Example: Provider (DR01) is assigned to MAX named Standard. Which is set to $3000 and Provider (DR02) Is assigned to MAX named Out of Network. Which is set to $2000.
The patient's MAX is a combined TOTAL of $3000.
