We are in the process of going fully paperless in our office and the owner/dentist likes to review charts every night, specicially to make sure no one's chart got missed/chart didn't need any add ins.
He would like a way to generate a document to view all notes written for that day. It is very slow/time consuming going through all the steps just to view one person's chart multipled by 20-50 depending on the working day.
and/or also a list of charts that were written up for the date.

I added a status in the appointment for signed notes. I have it set to a red color so it stands out. Once the clinical staff has completed and signed thier notes, they change the status. Very easy visual on the appointment book, at the end of the day, all of the status' should be red!
