I would love to see Dentrix add a feature where there is a list of where the balance comes from. For example, there would be the date of service, the name of the patient, what the treatment was, how much insurance paid, how much the patient owes. Currently, the treatment amount has to manually be linked up to what the insurance and patient paid. Technology is way too advanced to have to keep doing this. Adding this feature will save a lot of time to get other things done.
