This is not a new idea. It's a MUST have for most offices. We have created a few duplicate accounts because the patient did not remember they were here before and the social was not entered. Now we have duplicate accounts and the only option is to archive the old one. But then, we can't refer to the account to see the history or past xrays or treatment. Please work on this soon.
