Add time when looking up future patient appt.
Show upcoming appointment
Family File/View all family members next scheduled appt.'s from family file screen. You could rename the tabs at the lower half of the family file that says position, gender, patient and birthday (this is all at the top section) to "Next scheduled appt."(listing the next sched. appt. for each family member) This makes it easier to view all family members all at one time.
Family File- show next appointment(what procedure and who pt is scheduled with)
Show patient birthdate at top of patient chart
A spot on family file to put last FMX/Pano
Indicator on the appt book that shows if the patient has not arrived or is late
On 'Locate An Existing Appointment,' add the time of the appointment and not just the date.
