Dentures, Occlusal Guards, Retainers, Etc. are ALL by Arch. The frequencies only currently allow by patient, by tooth, by quadrant, by visit, etc. Putting the Dentures and stating they share frequency means that it appears that all the denture codes share freq, when it is by Arch (Upper and Lower Dentures.
