I am looking for the ability to create a custom list/report that allows me to select data items (chart #, DOB, appt reason, etc) and to bring in ALL appts for patients. Not just first or last.
As an example need to be able to determine patients who were seen by a certain provider within a time frame for our COVID contact tracing process and statistical reporting.
