I would like a setting in the patient chart to diag clinicial problems and assign a surface to them and have it show up in black on the patients chart

for example if some has a watch spot, I would like to select a tooth, select a surface and have it show up in black on the patient chart. I do not want it to show up in the treatment planner bc it is not work that needs to be done, just something to monitor.
