The hygienists at the practice I work at would be able to access key documents more quickly with this feature. As of now, all the document type folders in the document center are organized in descending alphabetical order, and the documents within each folder are organized chronologically. It would be helpful to be able to "pin" important documents to the top of the document tree so that the user wouldn't have to scroll down and look through all the documents to find what they're looking for.
