The unscheduled appointment list is great, but it would be very useful to have more proactive reports available such as a "patients with no next appointment" report. This report could pull any patients that came in on a certain day and did not leave with their next appointment booked. This could be printed out at the end of every work day for staff to ensure that they call any patients that may not have booked their next visit. The goal would be to get the number down to zero each day in order to improve retention and avoid too many patients finding their way onto the unscheduled list. checking patients out for their appointments can be a lengthy process especially if you take assignment, therefore its great to have failsafe systems in place to ensure that nothing gets forgotten in the day to day!
