The attach EOB in DOC Center is a cumbersome work around and still requires the office to look up or type patient name multiple times. We receive VERY large EOB (downloaded PDF) from BCBS etc. Dentrix could attach payments entered in BULK or hyperlink in ledger to EOB stored in an EOB/DOC Center Folder.
