We have 4 high volume practices seeing 50-75 patients 7 days a week and speed is a must. We also have 2 shifts per day so certain staff members may move to another workstation depending on the time or day.
We use terminal servers so their Windows profile moves with them where they go so they can access their files with ease.
So far we haven't seen any major issues with Dentrix but definitely would like to see full support as this is a necessary environment for us.
