When patients make an online payment after hours, and then you come in the next day - there is a payment waiting to post. The credit card report reflects the date the patient made the payment which is fine, but in Dentrix, you can not change the date - so if patient pays over the weekend, the day sheet and the cc deposit reports will not match. You should be able to post the payment to dentrix with the option to change the date in the ledger to reflect the same date on the credit card batch report.
