Can you please consider adding a feature where only one user is allowed to enter Chart Notes, edit events, ledger, etc. We've had several instances where two people were in the one patient's chart, which caused duplicate entries. Also, if someone is looking at an event while another person is in the event, it will not save whatever changes were made. The feature will lock the other person out until they're done and it should show the name of the user who is using said feature.
