The express virtual terminal is difficult to extrapolate data from and IQ is very quick to lock you out of the software. They are very difficult to work with.. If we could quickly pull our batch totals from the office manager, we could bypass some of the aggravating aspects of dealing with Worldpay. Anyone else struggling with being able to log in and pull reports? We are doing password resets constantly..
