Dentrix could introduce a feature in partnership with WorldPay (which you guys already have) to allow dental offices to create recurring payments for dental membership of in-house dental plans. Let's say if we charge a monthly fee as part of a dental plan. The collection/charge of the monthly membership fee would be done automatically. At the moment we have to do it mannually. We can store credit cards on file already. All I am asking is the ability to develop recurring payments done automatically and posted on patients ledgers. This feature would allow dental offices to establish their own in-house dental plans without paying third-party vendors to do that and it could be an add-on for the many services Dentrix already offers. Now that this is here, an annual auto renewal option is what we need for the patients who like to make one annual payment instead of monthly.
Our office completely agrees 100% that this feature would help. We have an in-house plan and this would make this so much easier.
