Instead of a hodgepodge of medical conditions, there should be a way to separate conditions by system (e.g. cardiovascular or endocrine) Patients will be less overwhelmed when filling it out and then as providers we can quickly scan to make sure which category has been filld out and organize our thoughts before treating the patient.
I have done this manually, but its not automated to directly fill the health history module. Like the alrady existing PI-Medical conditions checkboxes.
