I had a problem with my Dentrix software trying to solve an insurance situation, I had the honor of having SHERI help me remotely to solve the problem. Watching her go through the screen fixing the problem and teaching me along the way was absolutely amazing.
I was to fill in a questionnaire at the end of the session. but I was interrupted by an emergency phone call and a walk-in patient, By the time I got back for the questionnaire i was timed out. I would like to take that report and let her know how great she was with her help. She would get a ten (10) on all scores . Tell her I said Thank you Dr. Robert O Kirk South Easton MA
