I don't want to unarchive them; they're not returning. But I don't want to have to unarchive them just to transfer their x-rays or see a bad debt if they try to come in acting like they've never been seen in our office. I used to be able to go through the document center to see the ledger and the chart without having to unarchive, but now I can't so Idk what's happened but I need this ability back, please.
