Having issues being able to print a treatment plan. Being told when calling in that it's due to patient having a outstanding dental ins. claim? Workarounds are to delete claim then print txplan and recreate claim. Not a great fix as we have to then keep tracking info and make sure to input into ins. claim note. Other workaround is to post a zero payment to allow you to print this txplan. Again, not a great fix as this makes us have to enter payment then delete to keep it on the unpaid ins. plans list. Workaround... remove ins. from subscriber and add to patient it will not allow you to print txplan... again not a great fix as this is lots of time and we have to always revert back to subscriber for accuracy and having ins. pay properly. CAN WE PLEASE GET A BETTER FIX! please get someone high up with coding and see where this went wrong with 7.3.
