With the number of patients that have HSA cards - it is very frustrating when they pay a portion with their HSA card and the balance on their personal credit card that the numbers are added up. Patients need a copy to send to their HSA company. This feels like a no brainer and should print out as shown on the ledger and not all of a sudden added together when you want to print a walk out or statement.

Same case here, what is your practice doing as a "solution", We were using the sniping tool and take a screenshot of the ledger, but no HSA is telling our patients that's not a valid proof of payment.
