Seriously, why is emailing a credit card receipt not an option? This is very basic and needs to be added to dentrix. Printing a huge piece of paper for a tiny receipt is just ridiculous!
I see that this BASIC functionality has been requested at least x3 dating back to 2020. We need to be able to push to email statement (walkout) & tax receipts etc. directly. Currently we are having to generate it to the office manager, then print it to a pdf, then come back to dentrix, click the send message button & attach the pdf. Too many steps for a simple, necessary task in today's market, thnks!
I would love their to be a button where we can email a receipt directly to patient after finishing up with their ledger. Saves paper and more convenient.
YES!!! I came here to suggest this. The old Dentrix software was set up where it automatically printed the receipt to the document center so we could email it to patients that way. Why did Dentrix get rid of this in the new update? So silly! No one wants a paper receipt anymore. Bring it back!! Printing, Scanning, Labeling and then emailing is so inefficient.
