Add a tertiary insurance option for insurance claims Merged

There are several patients who have 3 dental insurance plans. The software only allows for 2. Therefore, when we have to send to the tertiary by printing and completing the ADA claim form manually then submitting primary and secondary EOBs. It's a huge hassle and very time consuming... and there isn't a way to track these claims as they don't show on the ledger.

    I believe this should be high priority as the way we have to receive payment for the third or fourth insurance, I believe could be fraudulent. Besides that, if a patient has a third or fourth insurance that we are expecting money from, the balance reflects on the patient not the insurance. It is also easy to miss sending the third or fourth insurance. I have had up to 5 insurances, that yes had to be billed right down to the fifth insurance. When I ended up with a credit on the account, I had to do a spread sheet of the whole year and all 5 insurance to see whom I actually had to refund. I know you are affiliated with power practice and they have been able to do this for years. It is time that dentrix gets with the 21st century and improves this. I first went on this system in 2000, and some of the problems like this one still exist. Shame on you Dentrix.
