HEALTH HISTORY EXPIRED ALERT SYMBOL ON THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT

SINCE IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT EACH PATIENT COMPLETE A HEALTH HISTORY UPDATE ONCE PER YEAR, IT WOULD BE EXTREMELY HELPFUL FOR THE SYSTEM TO ADD, ON IT'S OWN, AN ALERT SYMBOL THAT SHOWS UP ONTO THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. IT CAN BE RED, THEN AUTOMATICALLY TURN BLUE ONCE IT IS COMPLETED BY THE PATIENT THROUGH ONLINE. AT THAT POINT, THE TEAM/STAFF MEMBER CAN KNOW IT IS WAITING IN THE QUESTIONNAIRES TO BE FINALIZED. THEN, IT WILL TURN GREEN ON THE APPOINTMENT. (SIMILAR TO THE LAB CASE MANAGER)
