Sometimes after we review the hygiene patients, we have to add an exam and BWX. To keep the continuing care current, we have to take it from the Initial Box. After the contents are changed, it defaults back to the Dr. as the provider and makes it the Dr. color and we have to manually change it back to the hygienist as the provider to get the right color in the appt book.
