View completed Questionnaires on the iPad chairside.

It would be nice to be able to review and change questionnaires (or have areas for doctor notes) using the iPad chairside so I don't have to stand up behind the patient at the computer while interviewing. Also allow signature using your finger or a stylus while filling them out on the iPad kiosk.

THIS DOES NEED TO HAPPEN NOW especially if we are to try and minimize patient contact- everything needs to be more streamlined! Very 'clunky' to create questionnaires, to make sure syncing is working properly, and then the signature process really needs to be convenient, otherwise we are failing to make it happen in our flow.

This would revolutionize the way questionnaires are done!! The only way I've heard of using an iPad to update health histories (for example) is to create a questionnaire in Adobe, have the patient fill it out and sign, and then have a staff member email it to the office, and transfer all the information. Please work on this soon. I'd give it ALL my votes if I could!!!

It would also be great to have patients sign all documents, not only the treatment consents, on the ipad when they are updating or filling out questionnaires.

There is a wonderful app called PDF Expert. You can scan your consents in to it and have the ability to sign using your finger or a stylus and it is saved, emailed, etc. You can import it to Dentrix doc center. Never done it but it sounds like it would work. PDF Expert is the best program going for paperless offices. You do not have to print any email pdf form. You can manipulate it, fill it out, paste pictures, and sign it and send it back. You can do all this without printing it. Awesome!

It would be nice if they could sign the iPad with their finger or stylus for any form they fill out that requires a signature, rather than having to have a signature pad separately.

The inability to sign the questionnaires on the iPad is the only thing holding our office back from using it. Seems unnecessary and inconvenient to have the patient fill out and review the forms on one device and sign them on another.

It would be extremely helpful for patients to be able to sign via iPad or tablet when updating questonaires/medical updates

The ability to have patients sign documents on a tablet would allow our office to eliminate extra paperwork. In particular, we are looking at consent forms for various procedures which now require paper forms. These could be created through the Questionnaire module or on Kiosk.

It would make it easier if patients can sign their forms directly on the iPad with their finger or an electronic pen. Our patients are confused when they complete their information on the iPad and then have to come to the counter and sign the ePad. They are questioning what they are even signing. If they could sign directly on the iPad it would make things a lot easier.

Add Capability to sign Questionnaires with mouse/trackpad. If someone is filling out New Patient Forms on their computer/ipad, from home, they should be able to 'sign' with their finger/mouse on the signature lines. That would be GREAT! =)

Not being able to sign on the iPad is just silly why have that technology in your office if it is only partially useful. Very frustrating.

Patient continually ask "What am I signing..." there is no way to show them... after they have filled out everything on the Ipad.... it would just make sense to have them sign on the Ipad.

Be able to sign Tx plan and consent forms on Ipad to be able to one have the signature page go directly into doc center so it frees up time for scanning it and also saves on paper and ink for printing it.
