Hi All, When I click on the red info button in an open dental claim, the MS Explorer window opens to Eservices Communication Manager etc. and nothing appears !! if a claim is past a certain age. !! Eclaims will archive claim info for 'older claims' and make you search for that info by a long series of clicks to a custom date search (for day of service = my go to search style) The process is digital and should be easily accessible. Allow the records to be available for several years or indefinitely. Staff waste too much time looking for these details. Help it to pop up instantly.
