*When logged into the Patient Portal, the forms are not easy to find nor can you scroll down the page to find them; you have to find the "MORE" button, then click forms; Why not just put a "FORMS" icon on the same line as HOME, APPOINTMENTS, MESSAGING and hopefully ONLINE FORMs

BOTTOM LINE: MAKE THE FORMS TO BE COMPLETED EASIER TO FIND !
YES! So frustrating that the designers have sat on this need for an entire year...disgraceful! Where is are the designers for Henry Schein during this pandemic's need for safety and electronic forms! VITAL importance NOW...don't wait for VOTES! ridiculous and so frustrating...you'll be turning customers away. The portal design is poor.
After the patient finally gets through the hoop of signing up which is an effort in itself...they see "nothing here" prominently...so they accomplished nothing but frustration and it doesn't end there because we still need the forms!
The prominent feature should be shown on the home page of the portal...okay..so forms are important now and maybe they weren't so much before, you've placed the secure email feature prominently...and even that is confusing to understand...instead of "nothing here" instruct / direct with the create message here button more prominently.
For pandemic, show " FORMS TO BE COMPLETED" prominently. Confusing to use the term Expired Forms or Recent Online Forms....who cares about that...they're looking to find the forms for their visit!
