We have only been able to do limited scanning since we updated to Windows 10 at the first of this year. Each scan takes multiple steps to even be able to scan. We have tried the TWAIN adjustments and have been trying to get help from you since January, but every time we call we are told that the long way we are doing it now is the only way to make it work. They tell us that there is a known issue and that you have not been able to fix yet. This has been going on for 5 months now!!! We also get told that there are not any specific printers/scanners that we could buy that would not have this issue right now. Are you guys working on this issue at all? Resolution from you has just gone on way too long!
