We currently are using a blanket code for PPE on our insurance claims and so it is required that we enter a description of the code in box 35 of the claim. Is there a way that we could add a default remark to that box 35 so it would automatically show up on every claim every time? It would be nice if we didn't have to enter the remark EVERY time we electronically file the claim especially since it is a code that will be added to every claim for the foreseeable future.
