If we could set a specific provider on a template, aside from Dr's & Hyg, like ASST or FRONT for specific templates saved in patient chart notes. We are doing a pre screening questionnaire for COVID 19 & it automatically saves it under the doctor and it will be nice if it would save under assistant or front desk without having to manually change it.
