Hello,
Recently with the COVID we had to break ALOT of appts. instead of these apts going to the list of all the other broken apts from over time. I was trying to make a specific list that I could place these patients in to be able to call them and offer them apts quicker than someone who just hasnt scheduled in years. I would have been very helpful to be able to break their apt and then place it into my COVID List and reschedule from there.
