Notification Box for Outages

For all HSone products have a notification box that pops up when there is an outage or important messages to relay to the office. That would reduce office down time in callin support, waiting on hold, when there sometimes is not a soultion but wait. This will also drive down call volume in order to assist those that can be assisted.

    Even a Icon on each module that is updated though the internet or update manager that will change the icon to red or yellow to inform of an outage or known issue. The user can click on that icon to see what outages, known issues, and/or workarounds for said issues. Maybe opens a link to a website for that particular version of Dentrix or whatever eservices they have that is specific to that offices serial number so it is no public.
