Dentrix Ideas

Identify claims that have been batched or evalidated and not yet sent.

These unsent claims do not show up in the "Insurance Claims To Process" report.

It would be beneficial to located and process these claims that might otherwise be missed. I talked with Dentrix support regarding this and they confirmed there is currently no report to locate these type s of claims. Please add this ability.

    YES, our office runs into this problem as well. We would prefer to be proactive vs reactive to the situation. Currently I find them on the ins aging and collection manager once they are 31+ days.

    claims that are created, not batched can be viewed on the report " insurance claims to process" procedures not attached to a claim and be found on the "procedures not attached"... what are you actually referencing that dentrix does not do?

    Under "Reports", there is a "Procedures not attached to Insurance" that does track batched claims.

    Yes this report would be VERY beneficial to identify claims sooner rather than later that did not get submitted but are batched and no longer listed in the dentrix office manager. For those of us working with multiple providers and are only one person at the front. We NEED this report to streamline our claims processes.
