When I view a filtered list of patients using List Manager (Letters & Custom Lists), I would like to update the entire list of patients. For example, I could be looking at a list of patients with 90+ day balances and change everyone's Billing Type; or for a list of patients with older Last Visit Dates, update everyone's patient status to "Inactive"; or a group of patients with the same fee schedule, change or clear their assigned fee schedule. Any changes would surely need to be logged to the Audit Trail, and probably a new administrative password right would be created and required to use this feature. It would make cleaning up problems and maintaining patient information much faster!
