When multiple staff are working on an RDS/Remote Desktop Services/Terminal Server with Appointment Book open, Dynamic Refresh stops working entirely.
The issue does not already exist, I did not see it listed anywhere under the other issues for Appointment Book.

We were informed by phone support that this is not supported at this time and we were told to submit this request on this website.
On Dentrix G5 this was working fine, it stopped working after we upgraded to G7
