Please include the email and mobile phone number in the "Select Patient - By" field.

We're having to put the mobile number in the "Home" space - even though pt might have a separate home number - so we can look it up from caller ids that have no name listed. Alot of land lines are extinct. The email is in case they don't sign their names (we don't know who "bunnytwoshoes@ears.com" belongs to right off the top of our heads). This might already be in the works, so thanks ahead of time if it is!

    I did check and see the mobile phone requests, but not one for emails
