This is a feature in Dentrix Ascend. The Signature Manager is included in the enterprise version that allows all clinical notes to be reviewed and signed from one window. Lowly G7 users such as myself are undeserving of such nice features that help improve record keeping.
Cleardent has a window that opens so that you can click on each individual patient who is has a clinical note that needs to be signed and also a patient that doesn't have a clinical note yet that something was billed for. From this window you just click on the patient name and it takes you to the chart so there is less wasted time going back and forth to the scheduler. This is a huge time saver!
