Will you please consider adding more time before timing out on the questionnaires? A 2 min timeout is too short, especially with the elderly. They have to look up medications, medical conditions and such. Thank you

If you are using the questionnaires through our eCentral, the timeout is 15 minutes by default. if you are using Patient Engage, i cannot confirm the timeout response for that program. For confirmation and troubleshooting, we encourage you to contact support at 833-471-2273.
