We like to print schedules from previous days to double check billing and we can't see it cause it's dark.

If you are setting all appointments complete, which appear as grey. the appointment book view printout will match that and be in grey color. this is working as designed.
Please consider changing the setting or creating options for what we want the color set as, so that the greyed-out appointments can be a lighter shade of grey, etc. for our eyes. Thanks
